When equipped with the extreme-cold package, it ensures normal operation in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 40°C.

    Extreme Cold Version

    1.All critical structural components use Q355D and Q355E steel plates. Q355E steel plates feature excellent low-temperature resistance, maintaining good toughness and ductility even at a low temperature of -40°C. This makes it widely applicable in cold regions or applications requiring low-temperature impact loads.

    2.The electrical system is supplemented with heaters; all cables inside the cabinet are replaced with low-temperature-resistant cables; the cabinet body is made of Q355ME cold-resistant steel plate.

    3.The power pack uses Q355ME cold-resistant steel plate;the motor is a low-temperature motor; the cable is a low-temperature cable; the seals are cold-resistant seals; the pressure gauge is a cold-resistant silicone oil pressure gauge; the level gauge is made of cold-resistant acrylic; the radiator plate is low-temperature resistant; the hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a heater; the hydraulic lines are equipped with heating tape; the electrical cabinet is equipped with a cabinet heater; and the engine is equipped with a water jacket preheater and a diesel preheater.
