    Product characteristics

    Continuous Feeding

    The crusher unit is equipped with an oversized feed hopper containing an adjustable distributor plate to ensure uniform material feed, resulting in more rounded and stable product gradation.

    Interlinked Control

    The crusher's oil lubrication system is fitted with flow meters and temperature sensors. If the oil temperature becomes excessively high, the system will automatically shut down both the crusher and conveyors to prevent equipment damage.

    Dust Suppression and Environmental Protection

    The unit is equipped with a spray system where external sprays effectively reduce airborne dust. Internal air circulation within the crushing chamber helps guide dust flow, and discharge points are sealed to minimize the release of internal dust to the environment.

    The machine features a hydraulic control system that uses hydraulic cylinders to switch between working and transport configurations. Internal inspections and replacement of wear parts are also facilitated through hydraulic cylinder operation for easy access.

    Can be configured with two types of crushing chambers: one for shaping (rock-on-rock) and another for sand making (rock-on-iron).
    Hydraulically operated housing covers allow easier and faster internal inspection and maintenance.
    The oil lubrication system is equipped with flow meters and temperature sensors; if the oil temperature exceeds safe limits, the crusher will shut down automatically to prevent damage.
    An oversized feed hopper includes an adjustable distributor plate for more uniform material flow.
