Continuous Feeding
The crusher unit is equipped with an oversized feed hopper containing an adjustable distributor plate to ensure uniform material feed, resulting in more rounded and stable product gradation.

Interlinked Control
The crusher's oil lubrication system is fitted with flow meters and temperature sensors. If the oil temperature becomes excessively high, the system will automatically shut down both the crusher and conveyors to prevent equipment damage.

Dust Suppression and Environmental Protection
The unit is equipped with a spray system where external sprays effectively reduce airborne dust. Internal air circulation within the crushing chamber helps guide dust flow, and discharge points are sealed to minimize the release of internal dust to the environment.

Transport and Maintenance
The machine features a hydraulic control system that uses hydraulic cylinders to switch between working and transport configurations. Internal inspections and replacement of wear parts are also facilitated through hydraulic cylinder operation for easy access.

Closed-Circuit Material Recirculation
The crusher includes a material recirculation system that returns out-of-spec aggregate for reprocessing. Alternatively, this material can be used as finished product if required.

Pre-screening
The crusher is equipped with a pre-screening system to enhance the overall production capacity of the plant.

Multi-Functional Design
The crusher can be adapted for different applications by adjusting the chamber configuration. Multiple chamber types are available, including "iron-on-iron," "rock-on-iron," and "rock-on-rock," making it suitable for both aggregate shaping and sand production, offering high operational flexibility.
