RT116JH is a diesel & electric hybrid power driven crawler type mobile jaw crusher designed specifically for primary crushing of hard rocks and production of recycled aggregates. Even under extremely cold working conditions (working environment temperature -40 ℃ to 40 ℃), normal operation can still be guaranteed. The practicality of diesel & electric hybrid power ensures maximum normal operating time, especially under power limited conditions, All components are designed with modularity to facilitate continuous product upgrades and meet changing market demands.

    Extreme Cold Type

    1. Q355D and Q355E plates are used for all important structural components. Q355 steel plate has good low temperature resistance,can maintain good toughness and ductility in a low temperature environment of -40 ℃, which gives it a wide range of application prospects in cold regions or situations where it is needed to withstand low-temperature impact loads.

    2. A heater is added to the electrical section, all cables inside the cabinet are changed to to low-temperature resistant cables, and0355ME cold resistant steel plate is used for the cabinet body.

    3. The power pack is made of Q355ME cold resistant steel plate. Motor: low-temperature motor; Cable: low temperature cable; Sealing element: Cold resistant sealing element; Pressure gauge: Cold resistant silicone oil pressure gauge; liquid level gauge: Cold resistant acrylic; Radiator plate: resistant to low temperature, hydraulic oil tank with heater added, hydraulic and pipeline with heat tracing belt added, electrical cabinet with box heater added, engine with water jacket preheating and diesel preheating added.
