Extreme Cold Version
1. All critical structural plates use Q355D and Q355E steel. Q355E steel offers excellent low-temperature toughness and ductility, maintaining good performance in environments as low as -40° This makes it a promising candidate for applications in cold regions or where it needs to withstand low-temperature impact loads.
2. The electrical system is supplemented with heaters, all cables within the cabinet are replaced with low-temperature-resistant cables, the cabinet steel is constructed from Q355ME cold-resistant plate.
3. Power unit steel uses Q355ME cold‑resistant plate, low-temperature cables, cold-resistant seals, cold-resistant silicone oil pressure gauges, cold-resistant acrylic level gauges, low-temperature radiator plates, hydraulic oil tanks with added heaters, hydraulic lines with added heating tape, electrical cabinets with added cabinet heaters, and engines with added water jacket preheating and diesel preheating.
