YueYang intelligent factory is with the largest investment scale and technology improvements in RTZK since its establishment.It introduced multiple fully automated robot processing＆manufacturing lines,including domestic large-scale head＆tail displacement machines KUKA robot welding, laser tracking and testing,to achieve automatic welding operations for large tonnage assemblies ensuring stable product quality and improving production efficiency.

The RTZK Ningxiang manufacturing base was invested and built in June 2013 in Ningxiang high tech zone, which was the core manufacturing base of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan engineering machinery.At that time, RTZK continuously expanded three phases of its workshops, covering an area of 50000m², was invested 1 billion yuan, 3 phases of industrial work, comprehensively improved company's automation production level,while continuously outputting high-quality products and services.The manufacturing base in Ningxiang maintains complete set manufacturing line of laser cutting, digital control lathe and automatic welding, assembling, blasting and baking line, totally 200 sets of processing equipment from both different categories.
