Aiming for high quality, efficiency, and safety, RTZK has launched its 2024 Service Miles Tour. A group of spirited RTZK people are brimming with confidence, ready to leave their service footprints across the country with their own feet. In their words, that is, wherever the equipment goes, RTZK's service personnel will follow.

This service trip is aims to solve problems for customers, collect suggestions from customers on products, listen to the voice from the market, and provide customers with operator training, free inspection and service problem handling etc., so as to improve the product more meticulously, so that the product is more in line with the market, and further improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Not afraid of the cold spring, not afraid of trekking through mountains and rivers, we are always committed to eliminating customer concerns and solving potential problems of equipment.

The journey begins nationwide

Technical service engineer Ge worked for the customer to overhaul the electrical control circuit of the mortar station. After checking the wear of the main blade and the main engine shaft end sealt, he proposed a maintenance plan for the customer.

Technical service engineer Tang replaced the shaft end seal for the customer's Concrete Mixing station and maintained the reducer.

Technical service engineer Li worked out a comprehensive commissioning for the customer's concrete Mixing Plant and trained the on-site staff on relevant skills.

This year, RTZK Service Mileage will also conduct a "deep cleanup" of after-sales quality for customers. They will delve into the field to observe and understand the operating environment and usage conditions of the equipment they sell, and conduct free safety inspections, repairs, and maintenance on the equipment to eliminate potential hazards. Additionally, they will offer systematic theoretical and practical training for operators to quickly respond to user needs and provide high-value service experiences.
