When equipped with the Extreme Cold Package, it maintains reliable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from-40°C to 40°C.

Application Scenarios:

Widely used for primary and secondary crushing in medium-hardness material processing; crushing of various ores and rocks; production of sand and aggregates for highways, railways, water conservancy, electric power, and construction industries; recycling and crushing of slag, tunnel muck, waste asphalt concrete, tailings,and other industrial by-products.

    Extreme-Cold Version

    1. All critical structural plates use Q355D and Q355E grade steel.Q355E steel plate provides excellent low-temperature performance, maintaining good toughness and ductility even at-40°C, making it ideal for cold regions or applications subject to low-temperature impact loads.

    2. The electrical system is supplemented with heaters; all cables inside the cabinet are replaced with low‑temperature‑resistant cables; the cabinet structure uses Q355ME cold‑resistant steel plate.

    3. The power pack uses Q355ME cold-resistant steel plate;the motor is a low-temperature motor; the cable is a low-temperature cable; the seals are cold-resistant seals; the pressure gauge is a cold-resistant silicone oil pressure gauge; the level gauge is made of cold-resistant acrylic; the radiator plate is low-temperature resistant; the hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a heater; the hydraulic lines are equipped with heating tape; the electrical cabinet is equipped with a cabinet heater; and the engine is equipped with a water jacket preheater and a diesel preheater.
