C8H Tracked Mobile Screening Plant

Dual-power crawler screening plant is a type of screening equipment that combines a dual-power system with crawler mobility. It is primarily used for efficient screening of various materials and is suitable for multiple applications such as mining, construction waste processing, and road construction. Integrating feeding, screening, and conveying functions, it offers high mobility, high energy efficiency, and intelligent control. With the addition of an extreme cold package, it can operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 40°C.

    Extreme Cold Version

    1.All critical structural plates use Q355D and Q355E steel. Q355E steel offers excellent low-temperature performance, maintaining good toughness and ductility in environments as low as -40°C, making it highly suitable for cold regions or applications subjected to low-temperature impact loads.

    2.The electrical system is supplemented with heaters; all cables inside the cabinet are replaced with low-temperature-resistant cables; the cabinet structure uses Q355ME cold-resistant steel plate.

    3.The power-unit structure is made of Q355ME cold-resistant steel plate; motors are low-temperature rated; cables are low-temperature resistant; seals are cold-resistant; pressure gauges are filled with cold-resistant silicone oil; level indicators are made of   cold-resistant acrylic; radiator plates are low-temperature resistant; a heater is added to the hydraulic oil tank; heating tapes are installed on hydraulic lines and pipes; an enclosure heater is added to the electrical cabinet; and the engine is equipped with a water-jacket preheater and diesel fuel preheater.
